Boulder Colorado - mmmmclaire. 07 July 2008 @ 01:58 pm. Boulder is awesome. Very very awesome. Calum took lots of pictures of the town, so we will have to show them to you, but basically it is extremely bike friendly and has tons of shops and restaurants and a great library. It is also nestled at the foot of some giant mountains, so its basically beautiful. On our second night in Denver we spent our dinner donation from Bear on a magnificent Mediterranean feast. It was delicious, thanks Bear!

The comupter shut off on me without warning and I wasn't allowed to get back on! We are in Portland now, but the same thing is about to happen, so I will have to pick up again later.). Tomorrow we are getting dropped off somewhere in Washington, and going to make our slow way to Portland.

The guy who gave me and Calum a ride wasn't even going that way, but offered to drive us 120 miles just for kicks. Monday, June 30, 2008. Today Michael saw a dust devil with birds riding the thermal above it. They had a pretty good crosswind so he could watch as the dust devil and birds moved relative to the earth's surface. Cool! They also had lots of trucks passing by today and one blew out a tyre right beside Michael. He was not hurt or anything, but I imagine it was quite a shock!
