RPR was a Los Angeles-based small-business consulting firm that provided technical and consulting services to the rail transit and heritage railway fields from 1999-2012. In 2012, company principal John Smatlak accepted a position with Interfleet Technology. At which time RPR Consulting wound down its business activities.
