Home With Savannah: January 2010
http://chongqingspicygirl.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 28, 2010. Yesterday Jan. 27th marked the four year anniversary of the day we were officially logged into China's data base. Better known in the adoption world as our (LID), it was the starting point of our three year wait for Savannah. Wow has it really been four years? Having our beautiful daughter with us today makes all of the tears, pain, the not knowing if we would ever hold her in our arms, all that we went through, now a faded memory. I would have waited forever for her.

http://abigails-journey.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 30, 2008. Hello dear family and friends. We made it home safely and with very little interference from the newest addition. She did really well on the flights home and only screamed the last 20 minutes of landing home (she'd had enough by then, and so had we). We are all alive and well.well sort of. Jet lag has hit in full force so we've been a little non-existent while we are trying to get our feet on the ground. I will post pictures tomorrow of our time here at home. I just wanted to...

Life with Abigail: February 2008
http://abigails-journey.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 27, 2008. Today we are celebrating our silver anniversary - 25 MONTHS since LID. I'm really not sure what sounds better, 25 months or 2 years and 1 month. Either way it's a long time, but we continue to inch forward. Arachibutyrophobia - fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of your mouth. Botanophobia - fear of plants. Coulrophobia - fear of clowns. Defecaloesiophobia - fear of painful bowel movements. Ephebiphobia - fear of teenagers. Frigophobia - fear of cold or cold things.
