Adventures of a Little Goddess on the Ground. Dec 10, 2011. Dreams for the New Year. As I have grown thru this last year and maybe even matured somewhat, I have come to realize the importance of dreaming. Dreaming my life into existance. Dreaming dreams that bring me joy and happiness. As ever, my ego expectations show up and I think that things have changed between me and my mother. Alas and alack! As I was listening to a woman talk about abundance and prosperity, I suddenly felt exactly what she was ta...

Fifty doesn't seem so old anymore, yet it also seems like so much can happen in that amount of time. So, in honor of 50 years on the planet, I am going to make a commitment to myself to begin again. Most people would have let it go- but no way! Diapers...

Tuesday, December 11, 2012. Me Laura at 2.5 yrs old. I have the most beautiful little girl. The most beautiful little strong willed, independent resolute person I have yet to encounter in my almost 31 years of living. Her name is Heidi and she is 2 ½ years old. Thus far she and I have had many battles of the will, dancing like bulls locking horns. I am reluctant to say that she has won more than I wanted and in those that she lost she went down fighting, hard. Feisty little thing I say. The longest tantr...

I tried my best to squeeze in as many fall themed activities as possible! We were able to go the pumpkin patch. Carter’s school fair. Everyone always says (me included) that time flies with the kids. The days are long but the years are short. People always are telling me to just enjoy the kids like nothing else has to be done! That is not what I call efficiency. The...
