Tunnettu vakileivonnaiseni sai pääsiäisen ja poikasen synttäreiden kunniaksi uuden muodon; Pinterestistä bongasin idean brownielinnunpesistä. Ja mielestäni se sopi mainiosti kevääseen ja juhlaan. Tosin nämä eivät laskeutuneet ihan tarpeeksi, vaan piti lusikalla vähän avustaa liiskaamalla keskikohtaa. Haastavinta oli irroitus oikealla hetkellä, ettei kostea leivos hajoa eikä jää kiinni. Tosin saa ne irronneet palat aika mukavasti kiinni ihan painelemalla. 200 g voi tai margariini. 200 g tumma suklaa.
