Set aside 1/4 cup of Jeri J’s Indian Fry Bread mix in a small bowl; empty the rest of the mix in a large round mixing bowl. In a large skillet, heat about a cup of vegetable oil to approximately 350 degrees. Grilled or sautéed vegetables.
