The Kuala Lumpur Royal Malaysia Police College is the integration of four Royal Malaysia Police training institutions, namely the Kuala Kubu Bharu Police College, the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) College, the Special Branch Training School (SBTS) and the Traffic Training School. The idea of building this integrated College was first mooted by the then Inspector-General of Police, the Honourable Tan Sri (now Tun) Mohammad Haniff bin Omar in 1990.
