Monday, July 20, 2015. Sunday, July 19- Part 2- Mt. St. Helen's. Our trip is rapidly nearing it's end and we will be returning to the rains, and mosquitoes, of Ohio on Tuesday. I hope you have enjoyed following along with us. We have had many laughs and have enjoyed seeing this beautiful country where we live and basking in her beauty. God certainly knew what he was doing when he created this earth we live on. Sorry, Luke, I don't think he will fit in my carry-on. Mt Saint Helen's landscape.

Saturday, June 13, 2015. Friday, June 12- Camping and Ballet Recital. The yurts at Trap Pond State Park, Delaware. Yes, once again I'm in Dover for a long week end and am enjoying all the activities. I drove out on Wednesday and arrived in time to take Luke to his parkour class and then pick Lily up from her ballet rehearsal. Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Tuesday, July 14- Olympic National Park. We stayed at a great little hotel in South Bend, Washington last night. It was a 2 bedroom suite that also had a small kitchen and living room. If you are ever visiting the area I would highly recommend the Sea Quest Motel. Today we drove to Olympic National Park and our first stop was Ruby Beach. It was a very picturesque beach with many sea protruding from the surf. A Swainson's Thrush, I think? Rock cairns were built all along the beach.

Thursday, June 26, 2008. Boys will be boys! Well, last night I was flipping through a magazine and saw Dean heading over to the dog's water and food bowls, which is not uncommon, he continued there and back and I turned around to see him with a wet head. I dont know what got into him but he is grossed out by nothing! To make matters worse he had already thrown some of the dog's food in the water bowl before he bathed himself in it, so he not only has slobbery water on his head but soggy dog food pieces.
