This Mom Gets Muddy. Tuesday, September 9, 2014. So, now that I’m not doing hours of cardio, I’m starting to see the light that nutrition does matter. Who would have thought! It is important to know what your maintenance level is to be able to eat the right amount of calories. Just cutting calories doesn’t really do much if you don’t know if it’s enough or too much.
