Yummy AND Healthy: Easy Miso Soup. October 28th, 2009. Yah - I 've been experiencing a bit off balance belatedly - so I took myself to Whole Foods and rounded upwardly ingredients to do an easy version of Lou 's Miso soup:. Easy Miso Soup ala Kate:. 2-3 cups of organic chicken broth. 1/2 a cup of steadfast tofu, cubed. 1/4 a cup of fresh maize. 1/4 a cup of seasonal mushrooms. 2 or 3 pieces of roast seaweed. 1 Tb of cherry miso paste. Soy or fish sauce to savor. Premix in miso paste to soup.
