WHAT IS HEART RATE TRAINING? Are you training with the appropriate amount of effort? Your heart rate can tell you. Heart rate training uses five Zones that are based on your maximum heart rate. Once you know your personal zones you can increase or decrease your effort based on your training goals. For illustrative purposes only. Individual heart rate zones will vary. MVP members can configure custom heart rate zones in settings. Customizable heart rate zones and charts that show time spent in each zone.
