The Ritchie Pit Stop: Kid Fun
http://dkdritchie.blogspot.com/2010/03/kid-fun.html
The Ritchie Pit Stop. Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Also, some fun blogs and sites I found. Newspaper Snow ball Fight. Summary: Let it snow! This is an active game for children. Goal: To move as many paper balls to the opponent’s side as possible. 3 Time the group for 3 minutes. Then, tell everyone to stop. Count the number of paper balls in each side. The team with the least paper balls gets a point. Repeat step 3 and play the game again. The team that reaches 2 points first wins the game. 4 Swirl the color.

8220;Imagination rules the world” – Napoleon Bonaparte. August 1, 2010. While we were in Knoxville, the boys were able to take an art class from a wonderful teacher. They learned a lot and they had fun. We were sad to leave her. The pictures don’t really do justice to the artwork, but I just wanted to share. My favorite of Aspen's artwork. My favorite of Joel's artwork. Joel's first piece of artwork. I am grateful they didn't find the permanent markers! Laquo; Happy Birthday Aspen! Enter your comment here.

8220;Imagination rules the world” – Napoleon Bonaparte. July 19, 2010. Charlotte’s New Friend. These next few posts may come out a little out of order, but I am trying to do some updates and this is the way it will have to go. :). For those of you who I talked to about our move from Tennessee to Michigan, I was really worried about Charlotte. I was afraid that her, being the youngest, would not understand leaving all that she knows and coming to a new place. Laquo; Jason graduates! On July 21, 2010.

8220;Imagination rules the world” – Napoleon Bonaparte. July 5, 2010. It is sad that it has taken me so long to put these wonderful pictures up. Our friend, Simon, with the help of his wonderful wife, Susana, helped record this exciting event (Thanks Simon and Susana! Jason graduated May 13. It was a very short walk and only a little cheering and yelling time for all that hard work! It was great though and we appreciate that Brian, Linda and Tim were willing to come for the celebration. I love this man!

Happy Birthday Aspen! | The Far Distance

8220;Imagination rules the world” – Napoleon Bonaparte. July 31, 2010. Aspen wants to be a paleontologist when he grows up. So, for his birthday, he wanted prehistoric creatures on his banner and for his cake. No dinosaurs though, for a change. Just prehistoric creatures. Did I know what that means? Nope But, luckily Aspen has read many books and taught me and Jason. So, these are the results. I think it was a success, but he was more excited about Lego Harry Potter, go figure!
