Il soufflè di zucchine e peperoni è una ricetta facile e gustosa. Provate questi ortaggi in maniera diversa! E non aprite mai il forno durante la cottura! Zucchine, 500 gr. Peperoni verdi, 500 gr. Burro, 70 grammi. Sale, quanto basta. Parmigiano, 5-6 cucchiai. Versate il composto in uno stampo imburrato e infornate a 180 gradi per 30 minuti.
