Sunday, February 26, 2012. Made some Philadelphia rolls (forgot the cucumber). Made two batches, one with the nori on the outside and the other on the inside. Very tasty with soy sauce and wasabi. Friday, February 17, 2012. After a couple months I transferred to a gallon jar. Goes great on salads, marinades, pickling, etc. I put a teaspoon or so in a glass of water after dinner as a digestif.
