Thursday, January 22, 2009. 6 Days After Surgery. I felt fine today. My appetite is back and the pain is manageable. My IV was removed again tonight. If all goes well, I'll go home tomorrow after my surgeon sees me in the morning. July 10, 2013 at 11:14 PM. The way in which this patient is living should be treated as a hats off spirit.The writer had discussed about the j pouch. Which is utilized by the patients of this disease. Monday, May 18, 2009. Had my second surgery at 7:30 this morning. It lasted 2 hours and everything went great! Just had my liquid lunch of broth, can't wait for solid foods. . May 12, 2011 at 5:47 AM. Chris, I know you have not posted on here for years but I was wondering how things were going with the J pouch. My husband is getting ready to have this surgery and it would be great for him to connect with someone like you who has a J pouch and has experienced the surgery. Thanks Amanda.

So again we are facing the harsh reality that this neutropenia is here for the long haul. Our past visits were only with his nurse practitioner. It was good to ask him all of my crazy questions. It was the most productive visit we have has so far. Cooper’s ANC was still only 100.
