Saturday, July 27, 2013. 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, cold, cut into cubes. 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) cream cheese, cold, cut into cubes. 3 tablespoons ice water. 1 pound (about 2 large) ripe and juicy peaches, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch wedges. 1 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed and dried. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice. Pinch of ground cinnamon. Pinch of kosher salt. Preheat oven to 400 F.
