A Unitarian Universalist mom records and reflects on what her son says in a nightly thankfulness ritual. Last night Mythankfulboy had a baseball camp from 8 to 9 PM, so I hustled him out at the end so that we could listen to President Obama’s farewell speech on the radio. The camp is about a half an hour away, so we arrived home with a little less than half the address left to hear. We sat silently in the driveway with the lights off listening to this great man speak.
