DayDreamnWorld: How quickly things change...
http://daydreamnworld.blogspot.com/2009/10/how-quickly-things-change.html
Wednesday, October 21, 2009. How quickly things change. Life rolls along and you just never realize how quickly things can change. Our lives changed on Tuesday, October 13, 2009. That's when we first realized that something was very wrong. He went to an emergency clinic where they gave him muscle relaxers for his back, something for pain, and a decongestant. He still didn't feel any better and by now was complaining about his legs feeling funny. So, on October 13 th. Thoughtfully composed by Betty. Oh Be...

DayDreamnWorld: March 2015
http://daydreamnworld.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 19, 2015. New Jersey Falcons Time! I've posted this link in the past. Every year since it began I've been following the New Jersey falcons that nest on top of a building in Jersey City. Http:/ www.conservewildlifenj.org/education/falconcam/. I saw the one falcon on the roof this morning. Sometimes I just leave it running in the background while I'm online and take a look every few minutes. The camera scans out over the Hudson River and you can see NYC too! Thoughtfully composed by Betty.

DayDreamnWorld: MEET ZOOM...Our Newest Feline
http://daydreamnworld.blogspot.com/2009/01/meet-zoomour-newest-feline.html
Sunday, January 04, 2009. MEET ZOOM.Our Newest Feline. In October I was walking out of Interfaith Caring Ministries Resale Shop on Bay Area Boulevard in Webster when a man came running after me. " Ma'am. Could you do me a favor and drop this kitten off someplace? Here she is in her cat bed. Poor baby must think it's her mother. She runs to that bed and sucks on the side while purring. This totally confuses our dog, Sophie, who hears the noise and assumes there must be food nearby that she's m...Trap, Neu...

DayDreamnWorld: INTRODUCING GRACE
http://daydreamnworld.blogspot.com/2010/01/introducing-grace.html
Friday, January 15, 2010. I said when I started blogging that I would eventually write something about each of our pets. This post is long overdue. Grace is our "senior cat" and is now a little over 15 years old. I first saw her in the neighborhood following some kids down the street as they walked home from the school bus stop. She was a kitten and was happily running along after them. She and our dog Shelby were good friends until we lost Shelby to old age. And every year I follow the Peregrine Falcons.

DayDreamnWorld: February 2015
http://daydreamnworld.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 11, 2015. Today I thought of you and decided it was time to take my flag down. At times I've been envious. However, enough is enough! As pretty as it is in New England I do not think I'd fair well with that much snow. So, out of respect for you I've taken my flag down. Christmas is officially over. Reid helped me tie up the tree and today we took it over to the storage unit. It had been sitting in the dining room corner undecorated for a while. Thoughtfully composed by Betty. Combinin...

DayDreamnWorld: OUR LITTLE FRIEND...
http://daydreamnworld.blogspot.com/2009/04/our-little-friend.html
Wednesday, April 01, 2009. He's been with us for probably a year now. I kind of hoped he'd move on when Hurricane Ike came through, but he rode out the storm in the comfort of his home beneath our deck. In the past, my husband would occasionally run into him when he took the dog out first thing in the morning. I think he's kind of cute and I've named him Tex. I've gone online and read all about humane trapping, discouraging him with moth balls, putting down something to kill the bugs that he eats, etc...

DayDreamnWorld: January 2015
http://daydreamnworld.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 29, 2015. ETC, ETC., ETC. I haven't had much computer time lately. I've been working on getting all the Christmas stuff packed, organized, and put away. I'm so envious of all of you that have basements. I'm afraid we're too close to sea level. There are no basements here! I haven't had time for Alphabe-Thursday and I've been a little brain dead when it comes to ideas. I hope to be back there soon. I also recently took a class to learn some painting techniques with Cee Cee Caldwell's cha...
