The event is being held at Bucks new Uni's student bar. We will be setting up 14 machines with 8 being GEARS of WAR 3 and we will be hosting a 2 on 2 team tournament and a singles side tournament if time allows. We are also running Fifa 12, Marvel vs capcom 3 and Super Street fighter 4 AE side tournaments. Entry fee will be £5. Entry to the venue will be from 4pm, the tournament will start promptly at 6pm. 50% of each games entry fees go to the cash pot, the split is determined by the size of the pot.

Starting January 17th we will have a membership and reward scheme that breaks down like this. It will cost £25 for the rest of the academic year. Exemption from all non tournament playing costs. The ability to borrow any game we have for a week at a time. Tournament entry cost is reduced to £3.50 from £5.00 (this will not affect the size of cash pot prizes). You will receive points each time you attend the Barcade and additional points for each tournament you enter each week.

All tournaments and weekly battles will be held in The White Room at Bucks New Uni. Places are always only available before 6pm on each day, I will endeavor to make sure everyone who turns up will be able to play but make sure you are on time! These are the general rules for gaming at the Barcade. Obviously if you receive a yellow card twice within a one month. Period you will receive a ban. If you receive a straight red card you will receive a ban with the. Possibility of a permanent ban. Accidental damage to the equipment or poker tables. Accidental drink spillage on or very near the equipment or poker tables. Rude or salty behaviour toward any of the other players (swearing etc.). Handling games or equipment without authorisation.

Hi Guys, the first Street Fighter x Tekken tournament is finally here. There will be both 1 on 1 and 2 on 2 categories with a £5 entry per person in each categories. There will be free to play lessons in the game and fighting games in general with some of our best players. We will be recording, commentating and uploading the tournament to youtube. We are also offering the usual cheap drinks and pizza from Dominoes. We are still running our other titles as well. Find us a Bucks New Uni Students Union Bar.
