Wednesday, December 10, 2008. Chicken drumsticks 1 lb. Plain yogurt 1 cup. Medium sized onion (finely chopped) 1. Salt and black pepper to taste. Blend green chilies, ginger, garlic, and black pepper to a fine paste. Add yogurt to this mix. Marinate chicken drumsticks with the above mix and leave it for an hour. In a non-stick pan, heat enough oil and let onions fry until brown. Add chicken drumsticks to the onions and fry them until done. Add some salt to taste and garnish with cilantro.

Raisins(Onakka munthiri) - 15 gm. Poppy seeds(Khashakhasha) - 1 tsp. Kappalandi) - 25 gm. Dry coconut powder - 100 gm. Ghee - 1 tsp. 2)Melt ghee and pour it into the maida and knead it to make a soft dough, by using little water. 3)For the filling, grind the dry coconut to coarse powder. 8)Fry it in hot oil till golden brown.
