http://holubtimes.blogspot.com/2011/06/fall-2010.html
Continuing with the back-log, here are a bunch of pictures from last Fall.Sept and Oct mostly. Enjoy! Had to put this precious picture of our friend and neighbor Norah being a big-girl friend to Lizzy last year. She loves to take care of Liz and "help" her all around the park. We got to the Zoo with our friends HT and Julia. Here are HT and AJ on the foot massage machines. I don't think they were working right that day. lol. This is how I felt too, Mr. Polar Bear. I get it. Through the Sugar From the Sun...

Raising identical twin boys that were born 16 weeks too soon while learning how to handle the challenges of diagnoses that include cerebral palsy, epilepsy, TEF/EA, and blindness due to retinopathy of prematurity. Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Nick is having a great time in school and has a best buddy, Andrew. From what we hear at school and from what Nicholas tells us, they have a great time together. How wonderful for him to get to play with kids who can play with him the way he plays.

The Wonder Twins: Sleep Study Results

Raising identical twin boys that were born 16 weeks too soon while learning how to handle the challenges of diagnoses that include cerebral palsy, epilepsy, TEF/EA, and blindness due to retinopathy of prematurity. Thursday, August 26, 2010. Since Hayden has done so well to date, especially with sedated procedures, no further follow up with the sleep health doctor is needed. Thank goodness! As nice as Dr. Garcia is, I just don't want to add any more doctors to Hayden extensive list. Where do you start?

My sister Kim recently moved to a new house and the kids and I went out for a visit and a tour of the new digs. As she was showing me one of my niece's closets, I spied the old FAMILY TREEHOUSE that she and I played with as kids! Oh, how I loved that treehouse. I must have spent countless hours with it as a kid. "Yeah," said Kim, "I got it from Mom's house, but my kids don't really play with it that much." So I took it out to show to AJ and he was into it! Where did you get it? Note the little man (there...

We had a great time today at Tammen Treeberry Farm picking blueberries with our friends the Paynes. There were tons of berries and we picked almost 9lbs! Hooray for eating another pound right off the bushes. 😉. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Subscribe To The Holub Times! Friend's Blogs and Blogs of Interest. Mommy's Going Green - My Eco-Blog! More old pics from Fall. Here are some pictures I took for AJ at the North Park Village Nature Center. There are none of Elizabeth since I was wearing her in the Mei Tai sling. I think she was still so young that she took her nap in the sling that day while AJ and I walked around exploring! I can't wait to bring them back soon so that AJ can see how different it looks as all the plants, trees and grasses wake up and turn green. This tree was so big and symmetrical and cool.had to take its picture! Instea...

Biking With the Kids! Here's what it looks like except ours is blue. Both kids can fit in it plus the diaper bag or whatever else we need stows behind them. I'd never used it before other than taking it for a test spin in the hallway, so I was a little nervous, but it was so fun! AJ rode in back and Lizzy rode in our little green iBert seat (left) between my arms. AJ loved the ride so much that next time I think I'll try putting them both back there together! The Holub Times: Lizzy's belly flop 2010
http://holubtimes.blogspot.com/2011/06/lizzys-belly-flop-2010.html
Lizzy's belly flop 2010. Thought I'd include some shots and a video from a Fall park and lunch playdate with our old educational playdate group. We all met at Holstein Park for some fun and then the plan was to eat at Toast. But Toast was way too popular that day and with all the kids we had a big group.14 seems like so many more in a restaurant than at the park! So we went to Bucktown Beanery instead and as always had a great time with our friends. There's a quiz later. Looked like me when I was 5.
