We found Pele’s hair! March 13, 2013. We found Pele’s hair! Pele’s hair is the smallest form of lava that exists. Melissa was on tour with me and managed to get a good picture of it. The flight was scheduled to leave at 5.22 and we got on at 5.18. Hands down that was the most excitement I’ve ever had in an airport. Sunset in the sky. View from our lanai.
