Landlife - creative conservation
http://wildflower.co.uk/conservation/conservation.htm
The use of simple wildflower mixes and modifying soils to create the right starting point are techniques by Landlife under the umbrella of creative conservation. Equally important is the role of people and the need to strengthen - and celebrate - the links between wildlife and local communities. For our 'Wildlife Surveys' section. Landlife has undertaken research projects. Guidelines for this technique are available. As well as technical handbooks and publications. For seeds and plants.

Photography By John Barton. Thursday, 23 June 2016. National Wildflower Centre, Liverpool. Josie and I visited the above, just off Jct 5 of the M62 outside Liverpool on a lovely sunny day. Here is their webpage full of information: http:/ www.nwc.org.uk/. Apparently, each year they don't know what the displays will produce, as there are so many varieties, that the displays differ enormously year on year. The Visitor Centre is a long, low Brutalist building, but the wildflowers brighten it considerably!
