Our Holiday season was nothing but parties and playing interspersed with working hard decorating lots of beautiful weddings but somewhere we found time to take a few pictures. :). Tuesday, November 01, 2011. Did you know that you can drink a "recovery drink" after you exercise and your muscles don't get sore? IT'S AMAZING. Do you know what qualifies as a "recovery drink" CHOCOLATE MILK! If you do some research you can make your own recipe though.) I don't know why no one ever told me that before. It totally works! It's been one of those days when I'm am completely exhausted and want to curl up into a ball and sleep forever. Baby (more aptly put "toddler") would NOT sit still in church for anything, so it was constant up and down, roaming the halls, screaming to hear himself, pounding on chairs.
