Having apples and cinnamon slow cook for hours made my home smell ridiculously delicious. The resulting cider was super tasty and worth the wait. 1 cup brown sugar. My mom would place a bouquet of Epazote in the middle of the table for us to pick leaves off and sprinkle it over tacos or soups. Consumed as a tea, chewed raw, or applied on skin, it is known to lessen flatulence, alleviate cramps, and even kill intestinal parasites. Too much though, and it becomes toxic 😅. March 30, 2017.

Last weekend for apple picking with some co-workers, but eveyone bailed on me at the last minute. So last weekend was spent at Magic Mountain! I wanted to try that on a Grilled Cheese Sandwich, but forgot to go back and get some. And then went over to the stadium. Uncle KR and his kids were also there. It was a really cool show!
