Uh, I guess, but a little dye is the least of china's concerns. I didn't see a single body of water that I would let touch my skin, let alone drink from. At least it appears there is some environmental pulse in China and if this is the first step, or catalyst, to improving conditions then I applaud the citizens for doing what they can.
