Dr NAN’s Blog. The Jean Francaix Project. The Piano on the Prairie. The Piano on the Prairie. December 15, 2007, 6:18 am. Filed under: classical music. Ok, so I’m chatting with a friend about future projects and he says, Why don’t you take your piano on the road? Why would I want to do something difficult and cumbersome like that? He points out that there is a large section of the population in western Nebraska. I’m looking to borrow a t.v. camera from NETV. On the trail of American music in Ogallala, NE.

I-80 across Nebraska | Iowa Girl on the Go
https://iowagirlonthego.com/2015/06/13/i-80-across-nebraska
Iowa Girl on the Go. An Iowa travel and discoveries blog. Yes, please / No, thanks. Posted June 13, 2015. So here’s the thing about crossing the belly of America on Interstate 80: It’s boring. I get really offended when people say that they drove across Iowa and it was flat and dull, but I say the same thing about crossing Nebraska. So there you go. I’m a hypocrite. This was moderately successful. We avoided places we’d been before, like Omaha and Lincoln. To a tiny, adorable white calf. She was so b...

A little bit of Mark...: June 2006
http://alittlebitofmark.blogspot.com/2006_06_01_archive.html
A little bit of Mark. Goes a long way, especially when I'm thinking about brands, brand management and the power of brands to build successful organizations and careers. Tuesday, June 20, 2006. A tale of two tours. On the recent trip to Colorado, I had the opportunity to see how two organizations use their manufacturing operation as a brand building tool, and realize that there are more than one way to tell a story. First up was the Coors. And tasting the samples! On the way through Denver a week later, ...

For Our Grandkids: April 2015

Thursday, April 16, 2015. A Town with our Name! You should have your mom or dad read this story. That your Aunt Beth has written about Pilger, Nebraska. When I was young, my family would often drive into northeastern Nebraska to visit my father's aunts and uncles in Plainview, Nebraska. My Father and Mother met in Denver! I think it is amazing that we came to Colorado 21 years ago, because Colorado is where your great-grandfather and great-grandmother met. Here is how that came to be:. And cousin and big...

Thursday, April 16, 2015. My Father and Mother met in Denver! I think it is amazing that we came to Colorado 21 years ago, because Colorado is where your great-grandfather and great-grandmother met. Here is how that came to be:. My father, Rex (same name as me), grew up in a little town in Nebraska. My mother, Louise, grew up in Des Moines. They went to dances at Elitch Gardens (which was in a different place than Elitch's is today) and other places while they dated. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
