https://hotcocoaday.wordpress.com/2012/10/07
Day: October 7, 2012. Posted by [reach out]. Reflecting on what we’ve worked on so far with our first foreclosure and adventures in renovation, here are some things I learned:. You will get a lot done in the beginning, and then it will wear you out to nothing, and then you will wonder how in the world you use to work on projects every day through the night while also working. Owning a house means less time for other things in life because you are cleaning it every weekend. Posted by [reach out]. Outside ...

Newer posts →. White Country Night Stands. Posted by [reach out]. I held off on buying night stands, because they seemed really expensive at $60 a PIECE when you need two. Well, I’m so glad I did, because it dawned on me one night to search Amazon.com for “End Tables” after measuring for the space I had between the door and the bed, and noticing that a standard night stand would be far too big. I ended up finding these! Ie=UTF8&qid=1349584562&sr=8-1&keywords=white end tables. Tagged Country Night Stands.

Paint Aluminum Siding Yourself | Our First Foreclosure

Nine Months Later →. Paint Aluminum Siding Yourself. Posted by [reach out]. No after photos posted yet! I will take some tomorrow. You will notice the tree that was growing in the middle of the yard is gone. Ben cut it with the circular saw. You can see the baby stump there! Instead, we planted a Yellow Bird Magnolia to the left. It’s still a tiny baby! The quotation I got from someone to paint the exterior of this home was $900. Eek, right! 30% off your whole purchase! 4 The day before painting day, I w...

Stephanie Schleicher's Art Blog: More From Artfest
http://zenlily.blogspot.com/2012/04/more-from-artfest.html
Tuesday, April 3, 2012. At ArtFest, I started my experience by taking Michelle Allen's. The key to the paint was to use very, very thin layers of acrylic paint. The clay just sucked it up and gave it a worn, organic feel. I had trouble with the wiring, and, sadly, I broke the legs on this doll. Michelle helped me repair them with the use of metal wire as a stint and some e6000 glue. April 7, 2012 at 5:24 PM. She has a great face and I love her wooly hair! April 7, 2012 at 6:15 PM. We're not broken, just bent...and we can learn to love again: November 2013
http://sarahwirracer.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
We're not broken, just bent.and we can learn to love again. Thursday, November 28, 2013. Yeah, probably no surprise there. We've been trying to refinance our house for two months now. Paperwork all submitted, credit reports ran, things all lined up the way they should be. But for two months our appraisal has been held up by one tiny detail. Fannie Mae says our house is in another city. This should be an easy thing to fix, right? Links to this post. Monday, November 11, 2013. We have really let our health...
