The daily intake of food is recorded here. Sunday, January 3, 2010. So all I had eaten on Saturday. When I woke up. Friand (i think) from the box of desert that was left here on the 1st. I had the leftovers of steamboat. 2 small bowls. Finished it off with three scoops of yoghurt ice cream from Tip Top. I also had a few cups of fizzies. At around 6 ish. I had another desert from the box. A tart of some kind. Had two thirds of a mango as well. When I woke up around 9ish. A bit before 2. Posted by m a e m.

Where I record my food intake so as to keep me on track with my end-of-the-year resolution to lose 30 kgs. My weight now is 90kg. 158cm in height. I start this Operation officially on the 2nd of January 2010 as I had a new year gathering at my place for steamboat. So it definitely would have failed if I started on the 1st. Milk has been changed to calci trim.
