Jason Robert Taylor: May 2008
http://jasonrtaylor.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
Life in Japan as a composer and occassional gaijin. Wednesday, May 7, 2008. Oriental Dance in Shinjuku. I went to Tokyo this weekend with Luka and his grandmother. On Sunday we spent the night in Sakura a town near the coast in Chiba. There I finally met Mari's cousin, he was the only member of her family that I hadn't yet met. He's a Latin Ballroom dance teacher- it was fun to hear him talk about Mari when they were kids. He hasn't seen her for about 15 years. Jason R. Taylor. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

http://jasonrtaylor.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Life in Japan as a composer and occassional gaijin. Tuesday, June 3, 2008. Getting Here version 1.1. Yoshio Nomura and I made a rough recording over the weekend of my piece for two guitars "Getting Here." The mic I used doesn't seem to be the best for classical guitars so please bear with it. We're planning on recording it a few more times until we get it right so just consider this to be version 1.1.Here are the links. I Early Morning Departure. Here are the program notes. Jason R. My name is Ritchie. I teach in Japan. These are the Ritchie Memoirs. Monday, 3 September 2007. After i got back to Japan i went to an Onsen in Gero which was very relaxing. And i went rafting somewhere in Gifu. The weather that day was perfect but the actual rafting wasnt as good as last time. Afterwards we had a bbq and consumed shit loads of beer whilst having a little swim in the river. It was great. Even though i left my old rebooks there. Man i forgot how much i hate cup noodle.

Well anyways he worked for us for a year and then went home to become a firefighter, or something. This April we got another new teacher from Canada, lets call her Clara.
