1,500 German orthodontic fetishists agree: this jaw surgery blog rocks. Saturday, September 26, 2009. Last week, I went to the orthodontist only to find the door locked and a sign saying that all appointments were cancelled due to "sterilization issues.". And now, the mental image of him holding a big bag of ice to his crotch is traumatizing me to no end. On the plus side, the appointment was rescheduled for today, and to my surprise, he took my braces off! I am whitening my brace-free teeth as I type!

1,500 German orthodontic fetishists agree: this jaw surgery blog rocks. Monday, February 25, 2008. A week in pictures. The first week, post-surgery, in oh-so-flattering full-colour. This picture was taken right after the surgery. A friend of mine commented, "You look so tired in this picture.". I responded, "I wasn't tired. I was stoned.". And the swelling begins. I loved those ice packs like my own mother. Determined to keep a positive attitude. After all the high- fiving. I switched to a thumbs up.

http://www.smilingbella.com/2010/02/happy-second-jawiversary.html
1,500 German orthodontic fetishists agree: this jaw surgery blog rocks. Sunday, February 14, 2010. Friday was my two-year jawiversary (jaw surgery anniversary date) and today, Valentine's Day, marks two years since I came home from surgery with my jaw wired shut. It's hard to believe, because it feels so long ago, like it never actually happened. I have no regrets about the surgery; although the recovery was really difficult, it was worth it in the end. Life is good. February 14, 2010 at 11:21 AM. I was ...
