I was greatly saddened by the fact that the Times censored my free speech by ignoring my "letters to the editor" emailed on the 12th and 16th October, and incredibly proud and grateful when the Observer published both, back to back, on the 16th and 17th October. It's the total opposite of the rural hospital we were first in, it's v clean and modern, but somehow all of us prefer the rural hospital better - medicine there is somehow more pure? Wednesday, June 25, 2008. A death in the medical family. Today, there was sad news. A fellow doctor from my tiny little island has died, from massive haemetemesis, postulated to be due to intractable ITP. much else is unknown.
