And, for those wondering, a fine example of those (as well as a good example of an adoption petition can be found in "The Practice Manual for the Maryland Lawyer", available in the reference section at the public library. It is definitely in PG county public libraries for sure.and I do believe its in all of them but I'm not 100% certain. It seems never-ending, doesn't it! It's within your grasp now, hopefully. :). As part of the readoption process, we were told to send off for a birth certificate.and our request was refused because the one we provided was not certified. It came from #$% and CHINA. On December 7, 2008, our little girl turned four! Here she is at Chuck E Cheese's:. Playing on the phone (a favorite thing to do) with Chuck E Cheese. Tuesday, January 1, 2013. Happy New Year everyone. This past year brought some of the most raw emotional experiences that we ever experienced that were also some of the sweetest. Even though we will miss Susan every minute of every day, we are determined to live in a place of joy and without regret. We discovered anew the richness of friends and family as they gathered around us in our time of tragedy. She listed some of those as personal growth, new friends, and letting go of what is not important.
