We've been a little too busy to sit down and blog.so here's the quick version of what we've been up to lately. Ellington's 1st dentist visit. She was so excited to go to the dentist. a few months ago we read a Dora book about going to the dentist and ever since then she's been asking to go. i had a cleaning coming up so i asked if they squeeze her in after mine. our dentist is awesome with kids.since he has 3 of his own and they are good friends of ellington. Grand}mother's day gifts: painted flower pots.

Our {hearts} are full. We are so blessed to have full hearts this valentines day as we now have another lil one to LOVE. it was a crazy week: our first few days as a family of 5, a sick husband and 2 cabin fever brother and sister. we made it a fun day all about love and enjoyed snuggling at home together. Grammie and grampie came too! Having my parents with me for the first few weeks was the best. it was such a blessing to have 2 extra adults to help get groceries, do laundry, play with the kids and venture out to the beach and find new places to visit. We couldn't have asked for a better start to a new chapter and adventure. thank you mom and dad for taking the first trip with us and helping with the kids (especially on the airplane! Our first week here was a bit of a blur, from unpacking luggage to grocery shopping, to checking out all the new local sites (plenty of beach days) - including finding the hospital ER in the early morning! Not the fun part of our first week. Beckett's ear continued to be a bother and woke us up in the middle of the night. We finally decided to take him into the ER since we were't sure when we'd get into a Dr. Well of course there is driving on the "other" side of the road and car! 365 A DAILY SNAPSHOT.

1st day of preschool! We're doing a homeschool co-op with 6 other moms {7 kids} twice a week. Getting our breakfast energy.cinnamon rolls, lil' learner's special request. Ellington LOVES the Frozen movie, so we had a wintery frozen party. The weather gave us just that.it was almost like a blizzard that day. She had 13 girls come! Mom, Dad, and I went to Luray Caverns in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley . It is filled with stalactites and stalagmites. It was a really neat experience. The cave wasn't drippy or damp. It was around 65 degrees the whole way through. There was even a pool of water that we could make a wish and throw a penny in! As fun as that day was, I was so looking forward to what came next.
