I had beer, tomato soup, and Cheetos for dinner Friday night. Not my finest hour. But this week, I am ready! I have a meal plan, lots of fresh fruits and veggies, and these delicious snacks:. Anne P’s Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Granola Bars. And Figgy Apricot Spelt Bread. I’m also going to try. Bring it, Week 3.

Let it snow, let snow…in November. The beginning of the season →. Sweet and Spicy Toasty. December 1, 2011. Last night after work I went for another walk! It was colder then the previous night but the walked seemed shorter. I took my phone with me and talked to my good friend Joyce along the way playing catch up. She is currently buying a home and today is her Birthday. Don’t you just love friends that make you smile. Plain non-fat Greek yogurt. Topped with 1/2 nanner, bnpb. And Kashi pumpkin spice flax.

After working inside all day for 12 hours I decided a nice cold walk was just what I needed. It felt so refreshing to breath in the cool crisp autumn air. Now I’m not one to enjoy snow or even cold weather for that matter but today was different. I think I’ll try to go on more walks this winter even if it a bit chilly outside.
