Roles and Responsiblities of Department of Higher Education. Ensuring maximum participation from students. Directing college authorities for paying honorarium to supporting faculty for programme execution in the colleges. Monitoring and evaluating training partner’s competence on timely basis. Depute dedicated project manager for day-to-day interaction, liaison and monitoring of programme. DoHE to issue necessary instruction to colleges to support in the enrolment of students and collection of fees.

Roles and Responsiblities of the Training Partner. The training partners will be responsible for the following:. Ensuring quality of trainers. Have trainer(s) approved by college committee. Organise sensitisation/awareness workshops and demo classes. Allow private/outside students to enroll for the programme. Organising and conducting courses effectively. Ensuring proper execution of courses in predefined manner. Providing timely feedback of the programme. Preparing quarterly progress report.

Monitoring and Follow Up. To ensure effective and efficient delivery of the program by training partners timely monitoring and reporting procedure has been adopted for the smooth implementation of the program. The first level of monitoring would take place at college level on weekly basis. The college coordinator will keep a check if the batches are being conducted as per the schedule. Detailed review of the programme would take place in HRD task force meeting headed by Chief Secretary on quarterly basis.

Roles and Responsiblities of Colleges. Appoint a college coordinator. Collecting course fees from students. Providing necessary infrastructure with classroom, computer lab etc. Depute dedicated coordinator/admin. staff for support to the P-STEP programme in the college on day-to-day basis. Deciding upon the minimum qualification of trainer at their discretion according to the interest of the students. Periodically evaluate performance of trainers and provide relevant feedback to the Corporation.
