I wanted to share a delicious comfort food recipe, which is perfect for a cold or snowy night! 1 loaf Italian Bread, cut into 1″ thick slices. Ounces Cream Cheese, softened. Cups Shredded Mozzarella, divided. Pound Frozen Meatballs, thawed. Preheat oven to 350*. Arrange bread slices in a single layer in an ungreased 13″x 9″ baking pan. Combine cream cheese, mayo and seasonings in a bowl. Spread over bread slices. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
