Friday, March 28, 2008. Now wouldn't that be ironic. Interesting ad. He has served. He has been imprisoned as a POW. He was treated as a POW. So how does that make him better suited to deal with Gitmo detainees? You'd think, he'd have come out with more vocal condemnations about prisoner treatment. Friday, April 11, 2008. Peace Talks in Uganda Break Down. Well it appears that peace talks in Uganda have broken down. Again, this brings up the question of whether the ICC should continue if it means the war will continue. In my policy memo I wrote yes, but sometimes it is hard to argue for theoretical values when a war continues to go on.
