I remember vividly my fear the night before he started Kindergarten. There were tears. After he was in bed, I shed big sobbing tears. I was afraid of what he would be up against in school. The Weight of Constant Activity. Monday, April 14, 2014. So much to say. and yet there are no words. I have so much to say, I don't even know where to start. My week has been so full. So very full. I will start with my heart's ache. This week, a little boy- a neighbor- lost his life. He had just turned 5 in March. He ran into the road and was, tragically, hit by a car. There aren't words to describe it. And, I am just a neighbor whose kids played with the boy and his older brother. And it breaks my heart.

Is the one we go through the fastest, here is another great one that doesn’t have migraine triggers. We used to add Cranraisins to this recipe, but discovered that these are major migraine triggers for us; the granola is a great snack without them though. 3 cups old-fashioned oats. 1/2 cup quinoa, uncooked. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. 1/2 tsp. sea salt. 1/4 cup coconut oil. 1/2 cup maple syrup. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Roasted Vegetables with Quinoa Rice.

Sunday, January 5, 2014. I can't believe it is 2014 already- time flies these days. Before I move on to the actual post here, I want to tell you that I am praying that we all have a reaction free 2014 and make great strides in finding a cure for food allergies! But she loved it. Seriously loved it and wanted me to share it on here. So my friends here ya go :). We used chocolate, see pic below). Yup That is it. Hannah says you need a fancy cup as well because that makes it taste better. It was a hit :).
