The water (snow, ice, etc.) never had a chance to melt and form these things. This formed yesterday and last night, and considering what the temps were predicted to be, I’m betting that it’s not only the first, it’s the last. It’s a pretty impressive one, and this is at first sun in the morning. Let’s hope I’m right … I could use a touch of warmth! Catchin up ….
