The 2008 theme was cars of the sixties. Shown here are a selection of photos taken at the 2005 Het Loo Concours d'Elegance. 1938 Bugatti 57C by Gangloff. The TT and TTS models were much more desirable than the other Prinz derivatives. Billed as sports cars, although not according to everyone's definition, they certainly were fast. The TTS had a smaller engine (1000 cc) than the TT, but went faster (160 km/h). Air-cooled Straight 4, 1177cc. 78 DIN HP @ 5500 rpm.

With that the Najao design was revived and with a stretched chassis of a Jalpa, the Portofino, a Lamborghini running prototype developed by Chryslers Pacifica studios, became the spark of life to the Intrepid. Now most of my planes are under 200g and many are under 20g. From about 1982 to 1994 I wrote the Electric Flight column in Australian Airborne Magazine.
