A lot of my own mental potpourri. I haven’t written a post in awhile because I was down with a pretty brutal sinus and respritory infection. I had also been diagnosed with having acute bronchospasms. I finally couldn’t take it after feeling like I had been practically suffocating to breathe, especially at night and when laying down.
