שירה ומשוררים - הבלוג של יוסף שרון. יום שלישי, 28 ביולי 2015. מטבח המשורר: חציל איטלקי של יוסי שרון. מחממים כשני סנטימטר גובה של שמן עמוק בכלי חימום. לאחר שפורסים את החציל לפרוסות שלמות, מניחים אותן בשמן הרותח. פרוסות החציל נשארות בקליפתן. מוציאים את החצילים שהשחימו והזהיבו מסיר השמן. מניחים כל פרוסה על נייר וסופגים את השמן כחמש דקות. קוצצים כוסברה ומגררים שום במגררת. מגררים עגבנייה גדולה במגררת. מוסיפים חצי לימון סחוט, כפית חומץ תפוחים טבעי, מעט פלפל, מעט מלח. אסיף הוצאה לאור מרכז כתיבה ועריכה. השיר "לי...
