Remarkable Rosie: Post Op!
http://catsangelsrosie.blogspot.com/2008/06/post-op.html
Wednesday, June 25, 2008. Rosie had her right stifle (hind knee) repaired and secured with tension wire. She will have to be confined to a crate for some weeks for recovery, but we are quite hopeful that she will be feeling much better soon! Immediately after the surgery she was really out of it from the anesthesia- completely disoriented and afraid and acting very nutty. But by morning she was allowing us to pet her and hold her and she was eating some food. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Trixie & her Sweeties!: Update on Sabrina
http://forgottenfriendshannon.blogspot.com/2007/12/update-on-sabrina.html
Trixie and her Sweeties! Darling Trixie was found dodging traffic in Buchanan Dam and was saved by a shelter worker. Unfortunately, this poor girl was discovered to be pregnant, which was bad news at the shelter. Those caring folks called our rescue group and we couldn't resist her friendly, sweet personality. So we are going to keep her in foster care to deliver her puppies and then find Forever Homes for all of them. Saturday, December 15, 2007. December 15, 2007 at 9:57 PM. Trixie's Family Photo Album.

Are you Hugo's Family? This little 2-3 year old terrier mix is no ordinary dog. He is a complex but gentle soul who is waiting patiently for people who "get him" to step in and rescue him. Thursday, June 5, 2008. We had actually heard about Hugo for a while before we met him. People who knew about our love for past foster dog Trixie. But we know there is great potential for this little one, and we are excited to have a chance to help him. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). 03-21-08: Heartworm test (Nega...

Callie's Crew: Seven Weeks Old
http://forgottenfriendcallie.blogspot.com/2008/06/seven-weeks-old.html
Pregnant Sheltie-mix Callie was dumped at a kill shelter along with five of her 5 month old puppies from a previous litter. We also strongly suspect she is the mother to a litter we rescued from the same shelter last year. Her six precious puppies arrived on April 21, 2008. We will record Callie's time in foster care here, and show the beginning of the journey for her pups! Sunday, June 15, 2008. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Help Sponsor Callie and Her Family!
