A somewhat spontaneous adventure across Europe. Heaven On Earth – Plitvice National Park, Croatia. I think on this day I may have died and gone to heaven. I’m not going to lie, as proud as I am of some of the photos in this post (thinking I’m an awesome photographer is easy when the scenery is so beautiful) next to none of them actually do this heavenly wonderland justice. Practically throwing my kunas at the man guarding the entrance I could barely contain my excitement. And I was not disappointed.

A somewhat spontaneous adventure across Europe. Sam loves bike riding. I don’t mind the odd cycle, although I’m not crazy about sharing the road with cars. However it didn’t take much for Sam to convince me that it wouldn’t be that bad and we soon had ourselves a set of wheels for the day. Our first stop was the incredible La Sagrada Familia. I was instantly enamoured with its sheer magnificence. I can only imagine how mind blowing it will be when it’s finally finished! Ordeal we endured to get there.
