You are here: Home. Photo Courtesy of Iron Horse. The building, which holds the historical artifacts of Crook County, opened as the A. R. Bowman Museum in 1971. Built in 1910 as the Crook County Bank, the building was constructed using stone blocks from a local quarry located just west of the Ochoco Viewpoint.
