Heat frying pan and then layer as follow tortilla chicken cheese tortilla. Fry each side till crisp. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

How to take tops off peppers:. Fill peppers with the meat mixture and place in a pot. Cover with hot water and set a plate on top (it keeps all the peppers down in the water). Charlie's Red Beans and Rice. Monday, February 8, 2010. 1 lb large kidney beans. 1 Tb minced garlic. 1/2 tsp. original Tabasco sauce. 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce. 2 large chopped onions. 1 large bell pepper. 1/2 cup chopped celery. 6 beef bouillon cubes. 2 Tbs sour cream. 1 lb beef smoked sausage. 1 large chopped jalapeno pepper. Wash and soak beans in clean water in fridge overnight. Mix water and all ingredients (except for beans and sausage) together in large pot. Lower heat and cook slowly 3 hours.

Monday, January 18, 2010. 2 or 3 shredded carrots. 1 can water chestnuts-chopped. 1/2 can bean sprouts-drained. 1 tsp sugarsalt and pepper to taste. 1/2 chicken bullion cube-crushed. Garlic powder to taste. 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce. 1 pkg egg roll raps. 1 well beaten egg. Brown meat and then add onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Put a heaping spoonful of filling in middle of eggroll wrap. Brush edges of wrap with beaten egg. Fry eggrolls in deep fryer until golden brown.
