I felt a tinge of sadness at seeing it for such a brief moment, but it was exciting as well. I told my husband about it that night. Turns out, the man had asked for prayer for his eyes. This is a 5' acrylic painting of my vision that I did for my senior painting class. For more info about my vision, see my older blog:.

Monday, October 24, 2011. 1 Have an exit strategy for volunteers! Teachers, leaders, etc. should not feel guilted into staying in their positions. New volunteers should not be afraid to accept a position because of the fear of being stuck there for life. 2 A leader is simply one who has followers and influences others. When identifying leaders, keep in mind that it's not always the loudest or boldest. 3 When teaching, 1 point clearly communicated is better than 3 foggy or rushed points. That's it for now...

Notes from a Pastor's Wife: Marriage Journal
http://notesfromapastorswife.blogspot.com/2013/11/marriage-journal.html
Saturday, November 9, 2013. I think my husband and I have a great marriage. There's communication, love, mutual respect, physical attraction, prayer time together, etc, but I'm always open for suggestions to make it even better. I came across one great suggestion on The Dating Divas: A Couple's Journal. Basically, you take a regular notebook, make it look special, and then take turns writing special things in it. What kind of special things? It stays in our bathroom. When deciding where to put it, I ...
