In winter Pucón is much rainier than Santiago because in Pucón it can rain for weeks and in Santiago it only rains for one week at the most. Friday, August 26, 2005. On February 28 this year I climbed Villarrica volcano , which is approximately 18 kilometres from Pucón where I live .
