I worked on some bears for the wonderful antique shop and they picked up the order almost two weeks ago already. He has a centre-seam head design and black suedette trapunto paw and foot pads. Filled with cotton fibre, wood wool, plastic pellets and some steel shot for added weight and a tactile quality. Wednesday, 12 June 2013. Jayne is a growling bear, she has been created as a special request. Standing at 12 inches tall she is gently weighted with steel shot for a lovely tactile quality. Filled with heavyweight polyester and wood wool, her pads are made of wool felt and she has black glass eyes and an embroidered nose and mouth. I gave her some accent shading to her features and simply accessorised her with a crinkly golden bow. Jayne has so much appeal. She looks as though she has a kind heart.
